Mission Statement

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, many vulnerable communities suffer from food and financial challenges. Amid COVID 19, this further disrupted livelihoods in the under-served communities. NHFBS is a nonprofit deploying evidence-based research, innovative technologies, scientific advocacy to enhance systems for combating hunger, malnutrition, humanitarian challenges, and food waste, especially among minority families.

The role of the No Hunger Food Bank and Systems Corporation (NHFBS) is to adopt more innovative technologies to make healthy food available to the priority population, as well as implement inclusive programs and initiatives that emphasize the need for additional education, digitalization, support, and policies to ensure that Americans and the other underserved populations in the world receive adequate and customized attention to enhance food and nutrition security while fostering physical and mental well-being.
