Mission Statement

Hospice Group of Southern California provides a compassionate and caring assisted living and senior care experience for families and their loved ones. Our primary focus is home hospice care, though we can arrange with local facilities for inpatient care as well. Our goal is to assist patients and their families through the end-of-life period from continuous home health care to bereavement counseling.

Description

The Hospice Group of Southern California team of hospice doctors and nurses is passionate about serving the community. Located in Canoga Park, CA, we serve the San Fernando valley and the Los Angeles metro area, including the nearby cities of Calabasas, Winnetka, Reseda, Woodland Hills, and more. We specialize in home hospice care, respite care, medical equipment and supplies, and telecare.

We have a team of highly experienced health care professionals, including physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists providing medical care in the comfort of patients' own homes. We can also arrange for respite care to help caregivers manage their schedules and take breaks. We are committed to staying with you and your family throughout the process of terminal illness. Bereavement counseling is available for families in need.
