Mission Statement

The GHRO program is for middle and high school age girls (ages 12-17). GHRO instills and refines the pillars of a Femergy leader around everyday and professional life. We equip young girls with the leadership, educational skills and support they need to overcome social, economic and gender barriers.

Description

The mentoring relationship and role provides adolescent girls (ages 12-17) with the tips and tools to navigate and soar academically, personally and professionally. Mentoring sessions are now held virtually once a month. During your time with your Mentee you will help establish short term goals and help identify any potential barriers. Providing strategy on how they can pivot and give them the individual support the need.
