VIP is a non-profit organization that has been serving the young people of Metro Detroit for almost 40 years. Our mission is to create sustainable, meaningful mentoring relationships for children in the tri-county area whose difficult circumstances may seriously compromise their opportunity to succeed.

Virtual Mentoring with Community-based opportunities:
* Mentor online for one-hour weekly for a year.
* Communicate with your mentee in our secure online community from any location and at a time convenient for you.
* Receive support and structured engaging online activities and conversation prompts.

Description

Be at least 21 years of age (18 years of age for Community-based Location Specific Program)
- Complete Paperwork (Application & Background Check Forms)
- Attend a 2-hour Mentor Training & Orientation Session
- Attend a one-on-one interview
