Mission Statement

The new mentoring arm of the YDC is known as BAM- Baker's Anchor Mentoring. BAM provides a sense of stability, trust and a safe place for youth ages 6-18 in Winchester City, Frederick and Clarke Counties. Positive relationships are monitored through BAM support staff and have a lasting effect on the lives of area youth. BAM's focus is to inspire, empower and mentor local youth so they can achieve their goals in life.
A couple hours a week can impact a child's life today and bridge gaps encouraging trust, stability and friendship.

Description
