Code Switch: Restorative Justice For Girls of Color

Mission Statement

Code Switch is a Womxn of Color led nonprofit organization, committed to eradicating the inequities that girls and young women of color, aged 13-24, experience in school and life. We cultivate culturally centered, intergenerational healing spaces and mentored relationships. This includes providing girls and young women, and in some cases those who mentor, teach, and support them, with access to community-sponsored leadership activities, mentored experiences, restorative justice education trainings, and scholarships to attend social justice conferences (local, state, and national), as well as cultural emersion study trips.
