Mission Statement

Connect with a Community Bridges girl and have a lasting impact as a CB mentor!

The CB Mentoring program pairs female mentors with CB high school girls. As a mentor, you will form a close relationship with your mentee while helping challenge and guide her toward finding her voice and achieving her goals.

Mentors and their mentees spend around 4 to 8 hours per month together, and/or communicating by text, email, and phone. Mentors also attend monthly events hosted by our mentoring program specialists.

Description

Potential Community Bridges mentors are women who are interested in changing a girls life. All CB mentors are required to fill out an online application, including references; agree to a background check; and meet for an interview with our mentoring program coordinator. Once selected for the program, CB mentors are required to attend mentor orientation and training.
