We cover six counties in West Virginia: Wood, Wirt, Roane, Calhoun, Ritchie and Pleasants. Our goal is to have couple of volunteers in each county to sit with patients for companionship. We would like to start the G.I.F.T. program: This program honors life and death with dignity and love by providing caring and compassionate bedside companionship for patients who may be alone at the end of life. G.I.F.T. volunteers make a profound difference for some patients in their time of greatest need.
We are part of We Honor Veterans and we are at the highest Level 5.
