Who Cares? Scotland is a national voluntary organisation, working with care experienced young people and care leavers across Scotland working towards a vision of a Lifetime of Equality, Respect and Love for all care experienced people.

Who Cares? Scotland supports care experienced people to have their voice heard and we make that happen in a number of ways, including independent advocacy, membership and participation.
