Description

The Larry T. Young Foundation was established to promote heart and health awareness after the unexpected death of brothers, Larry T. Young and Glenn J. Young, who both passed away from heart disease. In general, everyday stressors affect the heart in multiple ways without us ever conceptualizing its impact. Many people do not realize that everyday stressors such as bills, relationships, work, environment, mental health, and family life play a significant role in the health of one's heart. Therefore, our purpose is to educate the community, in efforts to maximize a holistic approach on healthy living, prevention of heart disease and coping after diagnosis.
