Sol Fest

Mission Statement

he Southside Education Association Scholarship Foundation is hosting a fundraising event (Sol Fest) on June 19, 2021 at the Mission City Youth Soccer Complex, 2600 Red Hill Lane, San Antonio, TX 78264. This event, however, is not possible without VOLUNTEERS to help with set-up, registration or being a BUDDY--a volunteer working directly with an Athlete with special needs, and volunteering with the festival. So please, forward this information to any student that might need community service hours or have a passion for helping others. All volunteers are asked to fill out a volunteer form which I have provided via a link under this paragraph. Sol Fest begins with a free-soccer clinic for special needs students hosted by TOP Soccer Inc. That event begins at 10am and ends at noon. Sol Fest festivities begin at noon and run until 10pm. Student performances from noon-4pm, and live music and the DJ begin at 4pm and end out the night.
