At Inspiring Purpose, we are committed to assisting individuals with identifying their personal strengths, areas for development, goals and aspirations. This individualized information is utilized by the team to guide individuals to what they, themselves define as a purposeful and fulfilling life. IPDP is also very much committed to all individuals within the program to have the option to participate in their own way in all activities, projects, etc., regardless of ability or limitation.

Through education, exposure, and community integration, each individual in our program is encouraged to set goals and work through the struggles and celebrations of achieving those goals as laid out in their individualized plans. Community integration is a key component of the program and serves as the guiding force behind all decisions made in regard to the programming provided. At Inspiring Purpose Day Program, it is our intent to establish a program around the individual, rather than expecting individuals to establish themselves around the program. We utilize a combination of programming that includes life skills, vocational training, volunteer work, job coaching, arts, recreation, community outings and community integration within the center, by way of bringing community to the program, rather than always seeking out community.
