Mission Statement

The California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation S-AGE is formed to legalize psilocybin microdosing in order to improve public mental health adversely effected by the recent Pandemic. S-AGE wants accessible low-cost microdose prescriptions for personal use at home and available for all. S-AGE represents the new spiritual age.

Description

S-AGE will:

  • Establish new laws for the production, manufacturing, possession and distribution of medical psilocybin for microdosing.
  • Give a patient the legal right, under the remote supervision of a physician, to have a prescription for Psilocybin micrososing for personal-use, at home.
  • Define the authorities that will educate the public, provide high-quality information, make recommendations on scholarly studies and report scientific research regarding the safety and efficacy of psilocybin.

Currently, there is a bill to decriminalize the possession of Psilocybin and provide safe-use designations, that was just recently approved by the State of California Senate Committee. We foresee Microdose legalization as the next logical step.

S-AGE will:

  • Help the public - Psilocybin Microdosing can help approximately 65% of Californians using antidepressants or struggling with mental health disorders.
  • Help the Economy - the State of California will profit, gain proceeds through taxation, increase jobs and alleviate unemployment.
