Mission Statement

Career Girls is founded on the dream that every girl around the world has access to diverse women role models and their experiences to discover their own path to empowerment.

Description

Career Girls helps girls around the world learn how to create careers and lives of their dreams through access to the stories of diverse and accomplished role models. We help girls close the imagination gap of what is possible for their careers and their lives. Careergirls.org features over 700 role models and over 15,000 videos. Our curriculum is used in classrooms across the country. Our virtual camps feature industry-leading women role models who share their expertise and facilitate breakout session activities. We create the programming alongside diverse role models to provide unparalleled content that truly reflects what girls need to know from women who look like them.

Women, especially BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) women, are underrepresented in science, tech and entrepreneurship. We want to change that by helping girls close the imagination gap and prepare them for careers that will change their lives and change our communities.
