Voterise is committed to nonpartisan voter registration and education, especially for underserved populations including women, people of color, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+, and youth.

Description

Since its inception in 2016, Voterise volunteers have registered more than 26,000, the most of any independent organization in the state of Utah. It is especially committed to registering and informing women, people of color, people with disabilities, LBGTQ+, and youth. In 2019, Voterise launched it's "2020 Challenge" to register as many women as possible given the over 300,000 women in Utah who are eligible and not yet registered. This campaign resulted in over 10,000 women registered by 700+ Voterise volunteers. A unique "door hanger" campaign, launched during Covid, provided direct mail-in voting information to the homes of over 25,000 Utahns in three counties. This project was especially critical given the level of misinformation about voting by mail.
