Description
NAAAP is a national 501(c) 3 non-profit, non-partisan association for individual members, corporate and other partners who support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for Asian American Pacific Islander professionals. Along with our 25+ active chapters in North America, NAAAP-National recruits, develops, supports, and celebrates diverse individuals through an online job board, ERG leadership training, a women's leadership program, a LGBTQ+ program, self-care and wellness curriculum, annual national Leadership Convention, regional workshops, mentorship, and community service. Chapters are run by all volunteers, while NAAAP-National is run by one paid executive director and a team of 30 volunteers.
