Mission Statement
CCE’s ultimate goal is decarbonization. To substantively contribute to achieving this critically important goal, CCE’s mission focuses on accelerating sustainable local energy production and storage. To pursue it mission, CCE addresses and promotes the interests of private citizens, small businesses, and non-profits.
Description
In 2021, CCE's programs are focused on the energy efficiencies of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) solutions, electric vehicles (EVs), building electrification, heat pumps HVAC and water heaters, and induction cooking.
As an intervenor before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), CCE is also working to influence energy policy in favor private citizens, small businesses, and non-profits.
CCE also maintains a substantial intern program for students in engineering, finance, marketing, and areas important to building and ensuring the creation and implementation of sustainable energy solutions.
