Progressive Redevelopment's mission is to increase the quality and the quantity of housing for low- to moderate income individuals and families, and to ensure the provision of resident supportive services that promote self-sufficiency and community revitalization.

Description

Progressive Redevelopment is an independent not-for-profit developer and owner/operator of affordable housing. Since completion of its first project in 1989, PRI's developments have spanned the housing continuum, including single room occupancy housing, inner city apartment rehabilitation, resident owned and leasing cooperatives, suburban mixed-income apartments and entry level, single-family housing. Working with a variety of partners over the last decade, PRI has developed nearly 2,000 units of affordable housing in 19 properties throughout Georgia, serving over 5,000 households.
