Mission Statement

We serve fellows who are leaders of social impact companies around the world. These leaders work to benefit children and youth in education, health, and children't rights. We work to provide individual leadership and organizational development, so that our beneficiary companies can scale, grow their teams, and become more financially viable.

Description

Our founder started the company after a career in management and venture capital. In working with his coach, he determined a direction forward: giving back. We provide a year of free leadership coaching, which our fellows apply for competitively; for example, in 2021 we have 33 fellows selected from a field of more than 1200 applicants. Each fellow is matched with a certified executive coach; the pair work together for a full calendar year. In addition, when the fellow has organizational development needs, we match them with an expert adviser, in areas such as fundraising, scaling the organization, marketing, and team building. That's where you come in.
