Description

The Youth Enrichment Association, Inc. was founded in December of 2019 by Claude Flowers, Brandon Rodgers, and Ahmad Wesley with the goal of identifying and fulfilling the unmet needs of Pittsburgh area youth.

At the Activating Independent Minds (AIM) After School Program, we believe that every youth should have the right to learn and grow in supportive environments. In order for our youth to learn and develop skill sets, they must not only possess a growth mindset, but an independent mind.

During the summer, we host Camp AIM, an extension of our after school program! Camp AIM is jam packed with unique experiences, fun field-trips, caring and enthusiastic counselors, and thrilling adventures.

Parent University is a program that aims to provide parents with skills, resources, and experiences to help them become better parents and aid in the development of their children. Upon completion, parents graduate and earn a certificate of completion along with other perks and rewards for their family.
