Mission Statement

Care About The Strays dba Cats for Adoption, is an all volunteer, non-profit (501c3) organization working in Rockland County, New York and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to the care and control of feral and abandoned house cats who live primarily outdoors. We have a TNR program for the cats in our colonies and strays found in the community. We feed over 48 cats wet, dry and clean water every day. We provide shelter where permitted.

Description

We are dedicated to addressing the overpopulation of cats in our community by actively providing community service announcements educating the community about the importance of TNR and also providing access to discounted services. We are a small group of volunteers who have taken on an incredibly large task. We benefit by partnering with other organizations whose efforts align with our mission to bolster the overall impact.
