Founded in 2003, the NAAAP Minnesota chapter (National Association of Asian American Professionals) is a pan-Asian professional development and community building organization, with a mission to build the next generation of Asian and Asian-American leaders in Minnesota and across the United States and Canada. We aspire to achieve our mission through Asian-focused professional development workshops and conferences, skills-based volunteerism and building community with private companies, nonprofits and the public sector to advance Asian professionals in the workforce and building diversity, equity and inclusion acumen within our community and beyond.
