Creating 'wellbeing’ for every individual and every community in Punjab, regardless of social or economic status thus, enabling them to thrive and achieve their full potential. Ambitious, nurturing and grounded
RoundGlass Foundation is a foundation created to accelerate development in under-served communities of Punjab by leveraging the power of philanthropic partnerships.
We have embarked on an ambitious journey and are committed to transforming societies and benefitting generations.
In less than two years we have reached 500 villages of Punjab.
We aim to be in 2000 villages in less than five years of inception. Our work can be further accelerated by people from all walks joining forces with us. A firm belief in our shared humanity drives our work.
With 11 active on-ground initiatives across children and youth development, sports, women, waste management, green cover renewal, community, health, and animal welfare, we touch most of the population of a community from age 5 to 99.

The children are extremely lovely and are eager to learn. They show respect for learning and education. While teaching them you just need to be a little patient as they are just starting to learn. The coordinators are extremely helpful and will help you in every way possible.

I had a great time working with the RoundGlass Foundation. I loved teaching the kids. They were so friendly and enjoyed the sessions so much. I am so glad to have gotten this opportunity to help and volunteer for such a great cause. Moreover, my mentor was really nice and supporting. They are pretty flexible with their sessions and have a great team.

My mentor is very friendly and the kids also get used to you and are very friendly after few sessions. I love this opportunity for me to help kids and put my time to good use.

I really enjoyed working with the team and tutoring the students in Punjab. It is definitely a satisfying job. I had flexible timings. Response from them is really fast and clear.

Had a very rewarding experience working with Roundglass Foundation, teaching English to kids in Punjab. The team was very friendly and the program was very flexible. Their initiatives also seem structured and thoughtful, hence impactful.
