FACILITATE GROWTH, LEARNING, WELLNESS AND HEALING FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS OF ALL AGES, ABILITIES AND BACKGROUNDS BY PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE THERAPEUTIC EQUINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY AND INTEGRATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. WE ENHANCE OUR MISSION BY WORKING WITH OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AS WELL AS LOCAL, COUNTY, STATE AND NATIONAL AGENCIES WHEN EVER POSSIBLE TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR HUMANS AND ANIMALS

Description

Country Heart Farm 501c3 provides essential wellness and social emotional educational support services to residents of NE PA and surrounding areas. We believe people, as well as animals, need wellness and healing more than ever before; and we provide a safe non-judgemental space for connectedness, healing and wellness to occur.

Programs include:
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP-TF-CBT)

Equine Assisted Personal Growth and Social Emotional Learning,

CHAMPIONS After School & In the Classroom

Outdoors & Unplugged a STEAM based summer program for children

HOME Life Program EAP/EMDR for Military, Law Enforcement, First Responders, Frontline Care Workers and Their Families

Respite Retreats for Family Members & Caregivers of individuals with paralysis, cancer and other special needs

Scouting Opportunities/Badges/Camping/Service Projects

SAFE PETS Program for pets of Domestic Violence Survivors or Natural Disaster

Internships and Clinical Experiences in various disciplines
