Mission Statement

Our goal is "to accelerate the advent of global biospheric rescue and stewardship." Even as clean tech continues to grow and reduce greenhouse emissions, Earth’s bio/physical integrity -- it's ecosystems, biodiversity, and biological productivity, are in extreme decline. Only wilderness protection, wilderness regrowth, and economic transformation can address today's global challenges. These times couldn't be more urgent, and the rewards of rescuing and stewarding the biological matrix that is our only planetary life support system could not be greater.

Description

BioIntegrity Partners is a nonprofit organization currently in formation. "BioIntegrity" began as a research project in 2014 when musician Chris Searles wanted to know "What's the #1 solution to climate change and the species extinction crisis?" Since then his advocacy and education work has raised funds to protect more than 300,000 acres of old growth tropical forests, Earth's most biodiverse ecosystems. On top of that, this "globally-strategic conservation" solution has protected enough trees to offset San Francisco’s 2010 carbon footprint for more than 14 years (with less than $300,000 invested), help more than 400 indigenous communities gain legal to their homelands, and whole lot more.
