Mission Statement

ZEFR - Zoom Education Foundation and Resources is a non-profit organization that promotes well rounded education and development for STEM oriented youth. By gathering resources and identifying opportunities for students, parents and teachers, ZEFR helps students develop strong interests in STEM subjects, become informed in the career prospects in STEM related fields, and develop well rounded skills to succeed in their professional lives.

Description

ZEFR has been established for over ten years, running several successful programs such as Zoom International Math League, ZEFR STEM mentorship, and ZEFR community services and leadership development. We have ongoing volunteer opportunities for professionals in technology, medicine, and scientific research fields to provide mentorship to our STEM oriented K-12 students, and give talks about careers in STEM fields. We constantly recruit students to participate in various community service opportunities to develop leadership skills and service spirit.
