Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide decent, affordable housing for low to moderate income families.

Description

Our goal is to renovate/rehab houses to stem crime and blight. We want to partner with private and public sectors to revitalized under served communities into safe, sustainable space for families to grow and develop a sense of neighborhood. No more hood, but neighborhood, which means neighbor help neighbor. Currently we have rehab one rental property and we are looking to purchase more. Long term we would like to work on multi-family projects.
