The YMCA of the Blue Water Area puts Christian principles into practice through programs that build spirit, mind, and body for all. We are committed to nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility, to ensure that every individual has access to the essentials needed to learn, grow and thrive.

Youth Development:
We believe all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. Because of the Y, more young people in neighborhoods of the Blue Water Area are taking a greater interest in learning and making smarter life choices, and are cultivating the values, skills and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational achievement. That makes for confident kids today, and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow.

Healthy Living:
The Y is a leading voice on health and well-being in the Blue Water Area. We bring families closer together, encourage good health and foster connections through fitness, sports, fun and shared interests. As a result, thousands of local kids, adults and families are receiving the support, guidance and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being.

Social Responsibility:
When we work together as one, we help move people forward. That's why we're committed to providing support to our neighbors and opportunities for kids, adults and families to give, join in or advocate in the name of stronger communities.
