Our volunteers provide all kinds of support for patients and their families, according to their own skills and interests. Volunteering with Connected could include visiting patients, reading, watching T.V., taking walks, playing music or even taking care of pets! The list goes on and on. There is no one way to make an impact! You have what it takes to make someone's final days better :) If you're feeling unsure, that's okay! Our volunteer coordinator will walk with you to be sure you get the training and support you need to feel confident. Are you experienced? That's great too! We're building a volunteer community that supports and learns from each member. We'd love to have you share your knowledge!

Our hospice volunteer program could use your help! We are looking for crafters in our community who would like to support hospice patients and their families through your crafting abilities! All mediums are welcome, as there are boundless ways to provide comfort and connection at end of life. Potential projects could include making memorial items for grieving families, fun pillowcases to make medical environments more welcoming, modifying shirts to be slip on/slip off for those with mobility issues, catheter bag covers, and more! Your contribution increases dignity and comfort for not only our patients, but their families too. Your work, done on your schedule, will truly make a difference in your community and beyond!!
