Supporting the local community with free food through the recovery and distribution of safe, but otherwise landfill-bound food.

Description

Flower City Pickers is looking for Core Volunteers to help with the organizational end of the process! We need regular volunteers to make phone calls to partner organizations, schedule drivers and pick-ups, and be available a few days a month for possible food rescue opportunities that come up. Opportunites are almost exclusively Fridays and Saturdays. Contact us to learn more!
