The Ville Community Development Foundation-St.Louis is a new charitable non-profit exclusively for educational and multipurpose charitable human services within the St. Louis Ville Community. The organization was incorporated in Missouri, April 2019, and is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Our vision is to create a community environment committed to enriching the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of its residents.
