Audrain County Crisis Intervention Services (ACCIS) is a non-profit organization located in Mexico, Missouri, which seeks to put an end to domestic and sexual violence. Founded in 1992, ACCIS provides vital services to Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Monroe, Montgomery, and Randolph counties. Services include emergency shelter, support groups, one-on-one peer advocacy, court advocacy, crisis intervention, hospital and law enforcement accompaniment, and other essential services. All services are free and confidential.
