Together we enrich the lives of veterans, military families, and dogs through the many benefits of the human-animal bond. We recognize the many sacrifices made by American veterans and military families and work hard so we can now be in service to them.

Description

Whether it was volunteering, donating or spreading the word, 2020 was a success because of our volunteers! 2020 brought many unforeseen challenges but it didn't stop the life-changing work of the human-animal bond. VCAS placed 4 dogs with veterans and served an additional 5 veterans and their dogs through training despite many COVID delays. VCAS has now served over 30 veterans in our community since our programs started 3 years ago. Our mission continues and we have high expectations for 2021 to expand our placements.
