Mission Statement

The California Music Hall Of Fame exists to establish a museum, pay tribute to California music professionals through induction ceremonies, to facilitate our community outreach programs, develop high school music education programs, and raise funds to further our mission. The CMHOF mission is based on an abiding conviction that California music plays an integral role in the lives of all Californians.

Our primary purpose is: to recognize, promote and commemorate California’s musical heritage by induction into The California Music Hall Of Fame and to keep the California music legends in the minds and hearts of all by establishing The California Music Hall Of Fame, as well as propel "up and coming" artists towards Hall of Fame status by having regular events and concerts. By implementing our Community Outreach Programs, establishing the California Music Hall Of Fame Museum, fostering the continued growth of California’s music scene and by cultivating new opportunities and reducing barriers for its musical artists and music industry; and by promoting awareness to the general public of the achievements and activities of California’s music community. Along with empowering Californians through uniting in music.
