Nevada County Library - Read Up! Adult Literacy Program

Description

The program pairs adult tutors with adult learners who want to improve skills and achieve goals that may include voting for the first time, reading aloud to their children, or finding employment. With over 30 million adults nationwide struggling with everyday basic life tasks, Read Up! makes it easy and comfortable to get help.
We also have virtual volunteer opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS
