2024 Princess for a Day and Boys to Men Together as One Event Hairdressers and nail technicians (no professional experience needed) needed to provide mini updos, nail polish and light makeup for our young ladies. This will be our 3rd year of combining our two great events and the sixth year of doing the events. This event is intended to be a gift for our foster and adopted children in Georgia but is open to all children ages 4 to 18. It is designed to create a safe and empowering space for foster children, adopted children, and children in need. Our focus for this event is to uplift and encourage the children attending to unleash the powers within. We believe in instilling self-value, self-confidence, self-care, and character-building skills in every child, no matter their background. The event will include a variety of interactive activities and workshops that promote self-esteem, etiquette, and emotional intelligence. Young ladies will have an opportunity to pick out a dress they can keep, have their hair, nails and make up done and join the Ballroom for a Grand Time. Young men will choose a suit or business attire they can keep, learn how to tie a tie and dress for success. The younger children get to check out the Super Hero Academy where they learn to be heroes at home, at school, in the community and around the world!
