Mission Statement

Our Vision: Women in at-risk environments have the education, resources, and care needed to thrive physically and emotionally. Our Mission: Connect those in need with supportive services to improve life skills, self-awareness, and wellbeing. ​What do we mean by at-risk? Our core focus is young women aged out of foster care. Many of these women are in need of a strong support network to help them achieve their goals, and may also be dealing with various health conditions. We believe one needs to feel strong and healthy - physically and emotionally - in order to thrive. And we can help start that healing journey.

Description

Our services are tailored to each individual, with the understanding that many women in at-risk groups may benefit from more than one of the services listed below:

​Mentorship: mentors provide emotional support as well as a needs assessment for identifying other services.

  • Wellness Programs: physical therapy, mindful movement, yoga, meditation, and other therapies that help the person as a whole.

  • Life Skills: assistance with navigating housing options and government benefits, resume building, continuing education, and managing finances.
