Girl Talk Empowerment (GTE) 4 Teens empowers middle and high school girls of color with workplace readiness through training and support.

Description

This program is designed to prepare young women of color with life skills for workplace readiness, intensify employability outcomes, and create potential entrepreneurs. This program's target demographic is young women of color in middle and high school, ages 11-17, and young adult women, ages 18-20 through formal, non-formal, virtual, and vocational educational settings and professional training environments.
