Community and corporate partnerships to deliver education aimed and motivating participants to move past the fear of discussing end of life plans with family3. Through Funeral Home partnerships enable foundation members guaranteed pricing on direct burial and cremation services4. Angle donations of cash and merchandise to families during their time of need
