P’s & Q’s believes in the ability to shape the youth in community minds for greatness by teaching leadership skills, and proactive measures such as emotional stability, positive thinking, goal setting, and self-love. These lessons also focus on entrepreneurship and community engagement. P's & Q's started with two girls in the church basement & now meets with both boys & girls all over our Fargo/ Moorhead/ West Fargo community. We designed two unique programs, Leaderlicous for our girls and The LeaderBoard for our male students. Through our partnerships with Community Education and Moorhead Schools we serve students in elementary, middle, & high school. We also normally offer classes out of school at our office space in Fargo on weekends, school breaks, & summer months. Now, with Covid, we meet with students virtually and at local parks around town (weather permitting). We aim to provide opportunities and pathways for our youth to lead and thrive, and to use their voices in positive ways. One of our projects is the creation of a social media channel (BeRare BeYou Tv) which is designed by our students. We are in contact with the local colleges to develop an entrepreneurship program.
