Mission Statement

Harden Holistics is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization as a restorative program that focuses on mental health and recovery for women under the age of 21. Our mission is to assist women on their journey to achieve wholeness through emotional, physical, psychological, professional, relational and spiritual health.

Description

Our Program

We offer a variety of support groups, personal development workshops and holistic alternative therapies and occupational training. Our program provides versatility to accommodate all learning styles to help engage, educate and empower our women.

Emotional Health:

A focus on feelings and emotions.

Physical Health:

A focus on exercise and nutrition.

Professional Health:

A focus on educational environments and occupational training.

Psychological Health:

A focus of brain health and thought process.

A focus on friendships, family and relationships.
