Mission Statement

The PNW Rotary Food Project Green Bag Food Drive was created to collect donations from Donors in the Ferndale Food Bank Service area, and deliver them EVERY 2 MONTHS--on the second Saturday of every even month. Our Neighborhood Coordinators pick up bags of healthy, nonperishable food that neighbors have left outside their front doors. They leave empty green bags for next time, and take all the food to local Food Banks. It’s that easy!

Description

The PNW Rotary Food Project Green Bag Food Drive was started with the collaboration of the Whatcom North (Ferndale WA) and PNW Passport Rotary Clubs as a community service project. The project invites all members of the Ferndale Food Bank Service Area to join us in operating this fantastic project. Neighborhood Coordinators, Organizing Committee Members, and Food Donors are encouraged to participate.
