Rise Wellness works towards empowering people with knowledge of lifestyle changes which can prevent and ameliorate many prevalent health problems. In our health programs for diabetes, autoimmunity, dementia and stress reduction we educate the participants on nutrition, physical activity, mental exercises and other behavioural habits which can play a major role in determining health outcomes.
Founded in 2016, we currently run online preventive health classes as well as one on one health coaching sessions to empower and educate our participants on their health concerns. We aim to grow the number of initiatives we have to cover a larger proportion of lifestyle induced illnesses and expand our impact to a larger international audience. We have had partnerships with organisations such as the YMCA and WBHI in the USA and continue to welcome collaborations in increasing our positive impact.
