The Flavor Continues (TFC) est. 2019, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Spearheaded by members of the street and club dance community, TFC pursues the creation of a sustainable foundation for the culture. The formation of this organization is in response to the never ending need to provide resources and uplift those in the marginalized communities through pursuit of social justice, employment equality, well-being, and education.
In volunteering for us, you have the choice of working within our social emotional learning program for youths in the marginalized community, helping out independent artists with their administrative and creative process, adding to our historical preservation initiative by curating a database and collection, or helping out in event planning and other tasks. Our community is big; with representations of varying demographics including race, age, gender identity, and so forth. In return, you'll have access and mentorship through many artists, be able to learn about our varying cultures, while making connections with individuals within a large underground world, impacting the world in our pursuit for justice through the strength and unity of the street and club dance culture.
