Better Job Fit, Inc. is committed to creating, supporting and sustaining healthy communities by the placement of disadvantaged and underserved individuals into the workforce through the implementation of scientific, state-of-the-art, career development testing and job-matching programs.

Description

Prior to COVID-19, Better Job Fit, Inc. partnered with and provided "added-value" educational and job-matching services to non-profit Veteran and Foster Care organizations through the facilitation and support of internships and permanent job placements for underserved populations. Of necessity, the hope and opportunities we bring to the most deserving among us has now moved to critical stage following the unprecedented economic downturn of 2020.

With hundreds of thousands of individuals in our targeted demographic now out of work or underemployed, the need for a scientific approach to help match and transition people from diminishing jobs to crossing over into thriving industries is essential. We are uniquely positioned to fill this void and bring long-term solutions where none have existed before.

By utilizing our existing state-of-the-art job matching technology and advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, we can predictably and successfully match people to jobs, crossing industries and positions. Amazing examples include a young woman in foster care being a 95% match to both graphic designer and correctional officer positions; a match that exceeds traditional thinking. Providing the unemployed with scientific and predictable job options that exceed our limited knowledge of job matching is life changing.
