Our Mission statement is to bring yoga and mindfulness to children ages 8-17 regardless of their socio-economic background

Description

Our goal is to help children grow up as de-stressed, secure, and loving individuals utilizing the tools of self regulation that we are teaching them via yoga/mindfulness/meditation.
