Description

Collaboration Center Foundation serves individuals, peers and family members living with Intellectual, Developmental and Physical (ID/DD/PD) over the lifespan. In other words, we serve those of ALL ages and ALL abilities, in both metropolitan and rural communities across Southern Nevada.
