Dare 2 Be Fit is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2016. Our goal is to bridge the gap between low income and fitness as well as focusing on eliminating obesity, diabetes and hypertension in South Carolina. We have the following programs:
Dare 2 Be Fit 365
This program focuses on conditioning by utilizing strength, HIIT, mobility and recovery during the workout sessions. The sessions will vary based on reps, movements and time to get the best results. Each participant will receive a personalized diet plan. We will also track your fitness and nutrition goals
Dare 2 Be Fit Kids
The average child gets less than 15 minutes of vigorous activity a day. This is why we will engage your child in fitness games that will improve cardiovascular health, functional movement patterns as well as balance and coordination. Children will also learn the importance of healthy eating
Dare 2 Be Fit Seniors
Specialized workouts for those who are 65 and older that feature strength, balance, aerobic and flexibility exercises that help maintain mobility
