Mission Statement

HBICHQ’s dedication is to see more Women Owned Businesses drive our future.We pledge to achieve this by empowering entrepreneurship and providing programs focusing on professional and personal development for women-identified individuals. As a not for profit startup incubator and entrepreneurship community our programs support women-identified persons who are survivors of domestic abuse, homelessness, former foster youth, or have faced other adversities.

Description

Our organization promotes personal and professional development for women-identified individuals. As a not for profit entity, our foundation provides programs including scholarships and sponsorships by raising funds, via paid courses and membership, to promote professional and personal development skills and entrepreneurship; these programs directly support women-identified persons who are survivors of domestic abuse, homelessness, former foster youth, or faced other adversities.

Our programs include the following:

  • Women's Mentorship Training
  • Pave the Path to Success scholarships
  • Women's Startup Incubator Grant Program
  • Youth Leadership Intensive
These programs are designed to nurture women though education and community support as they learn personal and professional development skills to help them become the Head Boss* In Charge of their future.
