Mission Statement

The purpose of the PTO is to enhance and support the educational experience at Jasper Elementary School, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parental involvement, and to improve the environment at Jasper Elementary School through volunteer and financial support.


The Jasper Elementary PTO is a completely volunteer-driven organization. The organization is directed by an Executive Board. The Executive Board consists of the following officers: Outgoing President, Incoming President, Outgoing Vice President, Incoming Vice President, Head Scrip, Assistant Scrip, Secretary, and Treasurer. The School Principals, or his/her designee, is a voting member of the Executive Board.

The stakeholders of Jasper Elementary PTO are the students, parents, staff members, volunteers, and community at large. Every parent wants the best for their child in the classroom, and PTO involvement can help parents make noticeable, long-term improvements on behalf of their child and many others.

We will increase parent, staff, and student involvement in PTO sponsored activities. Streamlined communication between staff and PTO will support staff members, students, and parents. The PTO will work to develop the overall sense of community pride in our new school. We will accomplish our purpose through fundraising and various school activities.
